Random disconnects several times a day after latest update. Latest crash log attached

Western Canada.
Never had any issues before the update.
Super stable Internet connection 120Mb down / 30Mb up. During last game disconnected at the precisely the moment as last gen I was working on was supposed to be 100%.
Most frustrating thing is getting locked out of matchmaking through no fault of my own.

I agree my game keeps crashing can't do anything at this point I am going to be banned forever
