An idea for Unnerving Presence.
I like the TR dependent perks, but Unnerving Presence definitely needs something more than what it currently does. It currently only serves Doc best for blatantly obvious reasons.
I was thinking about how we sometimes still see posts about how Ruin was nerfed (which i strongly disagree with), and wish old Ruin was still in the game.
What if, on top of Unnerving Presence current function, hitting great skills with in the killers TR granted NO bonus progression, and hitting good skill checks within the killers TR had a penalty? Nothing as oppressive as old Ruin’s 5% regression for hitting good skill checks. Maybe 2%?
Thoughts?

Personally, I'd prefer this type of effect on Huntress Lullaby. Already a skill check based Hex with a mediocre effect that needs to be built up by gaining tokens. This new version would probably make it overly oppressive on Doctor and just okay for other killers. However, it is a good idea.
