    I think NOED is fine.

It's not fun for newer killers to get 3-4 gens done in under 5 minutes, sometimes it happens to experienced killers too though. At that point they may just want to DC or go stand AFK in the corner. It may seem to them that nothing can be done, but NOED gives some hope to proceed with the match normally. Other than that, NOED can be equipped as a backup, just in case you made some mistakes in the beginning or were unlucky.

And there's many survivor perks that are not earned, and most likely those perks won't change any time soon, Lucky Break is also buffed to that level. There's no reason to be demanding to one side only. Either there should be no unearned perks on both sides, or they should be present on both sides.

It also seems that not everything needs to be perfectly fair for everyone, fun is probably more important than fairness, that's why if NOED is fun for some killers (if they prioritise kills over pips, for example), then it can be used. Keys and survivor perks and kobe may seem unfair to killer, but killers can still try to play around that. Same as survivors can try to play around NOED, and there's no need for any totem counter as base kit. NOED is a perk slot. If you don't like it that much, use your perk slot for Small Game.

The argument that NOED rewards you for failing your objective is just stupid.

That's literally what second chance perks are. Plus, this one can be disabled with almost no effort, as opposed to survivor second chances, which the killer basically just has to burn through until the survivor screws up for umpteenth time.

I would say that NOED does need change to something fair for both sides as it could crutch or does absolute nothing. It inconsistent and a unfair one since a killer can do nothing a still be rewarded for it.

They need to change it be a regular perk that reward the killer for doing his job, hooking the survivors till the entity is with (turning it to a hook base perk) which might solve the problem of it being unfair and undeserved.

This might cause a problem of not cleansing totems (if the killer doesn't have any or it not active yet) which they should reward survivor for cleansing all of them (maybe 2000 or 3000 for all) if anyone have any suggestions.

For egc, I don't like it as it doesn't impact the game other then removing stalling. I would like it to be a final stance for killer and survivors, the killer has to get as many hook he can or try to prevent the survivors from escaping while the survivors are rushing to get their teammates and rushing to the gates to escapes. This could have some fun interaction where both sides are at their worse or at their best..

I know it might have some problem or it might not work but I do want something that put both sides are on edge and trying their best and if they did their best they would be rewarded for it (like “entity is please with your determination” and “the entity is impressed by your resilience ”)

The biggest problem with NOED is that you can never know for sure if a killer is running it or not (with some small exceptions). So it's always the best decision to power through gens, especially as solo players. If you treat every game as if the killer has NOED you'll waste a lot of time cleansing, with no benefit gameplay wise except if the killer is actually running NOED.

The only time when you should think about cleansing is if the game is clearly in your favour or if you've got totem related perks... or if you want some extra boldness BP.
