[PC] No chase music or TR with surround sound (again)

Issue: I use surround sound from windows and I can't hear the TR music (although I can hear faint heartbeat) and I have no chase music as well.
How to reproduce: Use surround sound and go in a chase with the killer.
How often: Every time I use it.
How to fix: Don't use surround sound.
