New Killer Perk Idea
It would be able to fix GenRush,
"While in a Chase, Repair Speeds are decreased 5% / 10% / 15%, The closest Generator to you is Blocked until the Chase Ends, but the Effect would persist for 10/15/20 Seconds."

That's way too slow of a repair time that would make thanat and that perk op and gen speeds will be like 4 minutes to repair

Play Killer at Low Ranks and you can see Gens being finished immediately, sometimes you lose Games just because the Gens are being repaired too fast.

Having a 4-minute gen repair won't fix the problem, killer at low ranks is the easiest, gens are barely getting done. It's when you get to high ranks is when the gen rushing is out of control. Having a perk to make repair speeds 4 minutes isn't going to help.
There are also things you can do to stop gen rushing
- Don't chase one survivor for ages
- Slug and pressure a gen
- Set up a 3 gen
- Run gen regressing perks
- Use the killer that you're playing to your advantage
If that doesn't work, resort to tunneling or face camping. Face camping gets survivors off gens in some situations to come for the save and you can get easy downs
