Is there anyway around this healing bug?

Hi everyone,
Is there anyway to fix this healing bug? About 1/4 of the time that someone heals me or I heal someone else, the healing resets at the beginning. It seems to happen when I/others are not moving or moving and when I'm not touching keyboard/mouse or when im looking around with mouse.
I've tried verifying integrity of game files, but it's still happening.
Any advice would be helpful!

The best way I've found to fix this is to have the person who is receiving the heals crouch and not move. A survivor who crouches off of the hook as I save them is much more likely to get a consistent heal off without the weird reset time.
