Plague - Survivors Scream and Perform Infection Animation but Don't Become Infected

Description: If only a small amount of your vomit hits a survivor they will perform the animation and scream but will not become infected.
How to Reproduce:
- Charge Vile Purge and only let a small amount hit a survivor, typically from above waist length
- Often the survivor will go through the animation and scream but will not become infected
How Often it Occurs: It occurs at least once every game. It most often happens if you are hitting a survivor with vomit from above them (e.g. their face)

It's not a lag issue like they've mentioned in other threads, it also happens as survivor according to this kate.
Or even if it's a lag issue, the screaming shouldn't be client side.
Also sometimes, you charge you vile purge to almost 1/4 of the bar and the killer doesn't vomit, becoming even more slowed down than after missing the first hit because of the first bug.
