How to avoid getting spun after a nurse blink

I am learning nurse and I am getting somewhat okay with my blinks. A big problem I have is when i blink onto a survivor and they start spinning, so often I just hit air afterwards.

I don't feel comfortable waiting after a blink, because it also feels like if they just keep running that they get out of my lunge easily.

So I don't know what to do, if I wait I don't hit them and when I swing i get spun. :/

Try and blink a little bit behind them instead of right on top of them because otherwise they will disorient you more easily.

Maybe try running Shadowborn and/or increasing your sensitivity. If you're playing with a controller I'm sure it's quite difficult.

Don't blink right on top of them. You want to be within lunge range. At the end of your blink, hold W for the shortest moment before lunging.

If you happen to lose track of them because they're too close, you need to 360 on the spot during your attack.
