It's shame Jake hasn't gotten his Tome lore.

With he recent reveal that the upcoming tome is going to follow the story of Bill, Plague, and the Observer (again) I am saddened. So I have decided to write my feelings about the previous tome and the upcoming one. We used to get four stories per tome, now with the recent tomes we only get three and one of them is dedicated to the Observer. I like the Observer and the world building his previous tome brought but I would rather see that space go to a character that is actually playable in the future. I believe that character should be Jake Park as he is the only of the original four that don't have tomes. We all know the original four were light on lore when they were released so they really need the update the most. But for some reason Behaviour has been skipping over Jake in favor of new characters who were already much more fleshed out upon their release.

There is so much you can expand on with Jake, I have so many curiousities about this past. His Steam trading card says he lived in a trailer but he has a skin that suggests he built a shack. That's a little inconsistency that I think could be sorted out with a tome. Why does he have a negative relationship with his father but a positive one with his mother? Is his mother still looking for him? How does he feel about his brother? Why does he hate technology? Is it possible maybe this big Fortune-500 company his father is CEO of has something to do with that? How quickly did he adapt to living off the grid? There are just so many routes the writer(s) could be going with this and it's a shame they haven't done it by now. So please, Behaviour, after this upcoming tome is done, give Jake Park the story he deserves.
