Stake Out / Autodidact Change Ideas

Stake Out could be great if it would increase the skill check trigger rate!
I earn so much tokens and can't use them because I'm getting to little skill checks.

I know that there is this effect in Spine Chill but it could also be in Stake Out - stacking :)

Stake Out is nice with Technician but should also be nice with Autodidact.

I also don't understand why it is forbidden to use Autodidact and a medkit. There are those medkit-Addons which increase the skill check trigger rate... You don't want to have an increased healing speed with autodidact so it would be not OP to allow this perk with medkits.

I don't personally agree with audodidact working with medkits unless they do two things.
1:Either lessen the effects of skillchecks by half when using medkits
    or
2:make it so you heal slower than normal with a medkit if you use autodidact.

2 is a huge buff for autodidact because you can get more skillchecks! You don't want to heal very fast when you have Autodidact equipped.
