Nurse: Stairs leading to the basement are unblinkable

Update 4.7.0
Nurse is unable to blink on the basement stairway from the base of the staircase to the top of the stairs.
This was possible before the update.

This is all new farm maps. Main building and shack.
Did not test every map but Coal Tower is also bugged, so I'm assuming all instances are the same way.
