Killer Power: Douse

-The Arsonist has the ability to douse generators, pallets, totems, exit gates, and survivors.

-Dousing is a channeled ability, with a cooldown.

-Dousing a generator/totem/exit gate lasts x seconds. Any attempt at repairs on the generator, cleansing the totem, or opening the exit gate will ignite it, sending a quick flame that injures any survivors within the vicinity of the object.

-Dousing a pallet will allow the Arsonist to ignite it, causing it to drop and burst in flames for x seconds, causing injury to any survivor who gets too close, downing a survivor who attempts to go over it.

-Only downed survivors can be doused, which can be removed by other survivors. If the doused survivor attempts to interact with generators while doused, the survivor will ignite, putting them in a dying state and injuring any nearby survivors. A skill check must be succeeded by another survivor to remove the doused affect, failure will ignite the survivor.

Perks

Hex - This little light of mine: Activates one dull totem, which allows the killer to see any survivors who come within x range of any lit totem on the map for x seconds.

Burning Desire: One survivor is chosen as an obsession for the trial. The obsession is immune to aura reading, however a glowing aura surrounds them while doing actions, making them easier to see.

Ashes to ashes: Once per match, the first exit gate to open will create a wall of fire for x seconds that drops survivors passing through it one health state.

    Well i like the name, and the overall concept, but it seems like the killer can see survivors, and down them from pretty much anywhere.
    Maybe dousing a generator/totem/pallet would just set it on fire for x amount of time, meaning that survivors can't interact with it without getting injured (not insta downed). This would be a great way to defend a nearly done generator from getting finished. If a survivor does interact with it during this period, they will get injured, and send out a scream, alerting the killer (which would be be bypassed by calm spirit).

    The insta down on doused survivors also sounds a bit too powerful, and would be used for griefing, since it injures surrounding team mates.
    Maybe it could just be an effect that gets removed after a heal. It could make the skill checks harder, and a missed skill check, would result in the person healing getting injured.

    The killer at this state is very defensive, and has to "set up" before being able to chase, so he would probably struggle here, and default to being another M1 killer.
    Maybe there would be a way to leave a petrol tracks where you run.
    The pig has two "powers", one on M2, and one on CTRL.
    Pressing CTRL with the arsonist, would start draining his petrol tank, leaving trails behind him (maybe this would come with a movement speed penalty).
    The petrol can then be set on fire to counter loops, giving him a bit more potential in chases.

    The first two perks sound OP, and the last, sounds like blood warden.
