Possible Toolbox Bug

Repairing a gen from 0% ( or I believe was 0% ) with a brown toolbox no addons. I used up all my charges and the progress bar returned to normal grey color. I'm still holding M2. After reaching around 50% the bar turned yellow again as though I was repairing with the toolbox. It stayed this way until the gen completed. I did not let go of M2 until it's completion.
