The Wraith in chases.
The Wraith is great at finding and tracking survivors but suffers immensely when it comes to chases.
To tackle this issue, The Wraith needs a slight change in terms of his add-ons and/or power.
As far as I know, after de-cloaking, there is a small window to attack a survivor which counts as a Surprise Attack.
Apart from counting as a surprise attack, this small window should also enable the Wraith to insta-down the survivor if the surprise attack is successful. If the window is lost, the Wraith will have to cloak and de-cloak again to make use of the window. This suggestion is to buff the Wraith's power by default. If not by default, this can also be included as an ability provided by an add-on.
There also needs to be add-ons that increase the duration of this window, like the stopwatch for the Nurse.

If you did this Windstorm would have to be nerfed, since those two things combined would be really oppressive.
Nerfing windstorm means nerfing Wraith's ability to gap close, meaning you'd kind of turn him into a weird Meyers / Pig hybrid. He just sneaks up on people and then lunges at them point blank, without actually improving his chase ability at all (and arguably making it worse).
That's how I see it at least.

Any buff to "surprise attacks" is useless as long as you have trouble even hitting anything by surprise, because … Sprint Burst. :P
