Lery's Memorial Institute - Can't pick up survivor

There is a location in the Lery's Memorial Institute map where a downed survivor can not be picked up by the killer. This has been used intentionally to gain an unfair advantage in some matches.
Steps to replicate -
Step 1: Down a survivor in the corner as pictured
Step 2: Attempt to pick up survivor
Step 3: Notice there is no prompt to pick up and the action does not occur.
