PC - Unable to move walking past log

On backwater, walking past a log I got stuck like the old hill bug from a few months ago, 15 seconds into the game.
Character: Yui
Perks: Spine chill, Calm Spirit, Resilience, Bond
I have video but it won't let me upload.
