Experiencing Collision Bugs

[Xbox Series X] Since the Mid Chapter Patch I’ve noticed the I tend to get stuck and experience collision issues throughout certain parts of each map that you normally wouldn’t experience collision on. This a something I’ve been experiencing usually multiple times per match when playing as both killer and survivor.
