How can I have 10k hours and not "bother" to get good? Abuse what cheese exactly? All you have to do is pre throw pallets and hold W.
"You press a button to find survivors" Ok well now you need to chase them which is made more difficult against good survivors. Also, there are better abilities in the game, as Bubba all you have to do is hold m2 to instantly down survivors.
If you chase poorly, lose a survivor and have to use the static blast again, then why would you complain? If he is chasing poorly then you should escape regardless of what happens.
"Shock survivor to prevent vault" Yeah well pyramid head can actually hit survivors by doing the same thing. This is part of his power and you have to time it properly and know when to use it.
"Hook survivor" like every killer
"Pretend to have skill" Sooo is timing a shock not skillful?
Would love to see your gameplay as and against him.

Killers like the doctor are important to the overall health of the game, his kit does a lot of work for new players which allow them to have an even playing field against more seasoned players. This is called a first order optimal strategy, killers that are rewarded seemingly disproportionately high for their "low skill" allow for a foothold so that players can come in and learn without feeling totally oppressed before they move on to more complex skills and strategies as they evolve in their gameplay. Arguably doctor + his addons are the most new player friendly killer in the game as they cover a lot of weaknesses new players have when they start.

I love the Doctor. He's one of the coolest, most interesting killers in my opinion.
I don't personally feel that he needs any buffs - I think that he's right on the balance line where someone can do poorly with him or an experienced player can apply UNBELIEVABLE pressure and get a 4K easily (it's happened to my groups more than once) - but I would also never, ever get rid of him. I think he's terrific.

Maybe you played with dumbasses Spirit with 5$ headset and probably was an 80yo who lost his hearing in the ww2 .
A Spirit Main give you the 10% chances of escape and usually you need a really strong SWF with good items and broken perks or you will never, and trust me, NEVER win against a skilled Spirit. Usually it takes 2-3min to me to close the game and/or getting 3-4 dc's because you know.. it's the Spirit.
With the Doc I need to give the 380% of myself for win the game, with The Spirit I can just chill smoking and playing totally drunk. Just to tell you the difference from playing a sh1t tier killer and a real broken killer: I literally play her totally drunk and I can still win. I can't see a sh1t, thinking about my own business and still win thanks to a real uncounterable killer. Even Iron Will is pretty useless with a good Spirit player.
You probably have 100hrs in the game pretending to be the guy with more experience than others, wich answered you before me.
Just improve your skills, because if you really think a Doctor is less counterable then a Spirit you should just get better in the game or stop complain on stuff that you don't even know.

He's one of the best performing killers so he definitely doesn't need buffs.
What he does need is a little fix so survivors know exactly how long they're stunned when getting shocked. The scream animation lasts about a second, but the stun lasts around three, leading to a ton of situations where I'm mashing my face into a window without vaulting it. That needs to be clarified better.

He is actually very mediocre against good survivors.
And there is an indicator that shows you how long the stun lasts (2.5 seconds), it shows up at the bottom right of your screen when you are hit with shock therapy.
