Unable To Pick Up Survivor On Lerys
Not sure how to replicate this. At least he was nice enough to move to let me pick him up lol

Have the same issue as you in a different spot.
Had a Cheryl and Elodie abusing this exact bug just a little bit ago.
My guess is the survivor attempts to position their hitbox in a way where the killer cannot pick them up.

Yeah it's like if they put their heads inside of the object you can't pick them up

Yeah. It's either they wedge their heads or a certain portion of their hitbox into the object / wall where the killer can't get them. (Since it is known killer's hitboxes are larger than survivor's.) At least your case, the survivor acknowledged the situation and fixed it on their own. In mine, they came into my stream to be clowns and justify why they were attempting to exploit.
