Missing a skin in the inventory

Hello. I noticed that Kate's skin is missing from my inventory, which in this case would be the Free Songbird Slip Dress. From what I saw, it had been given to everyone last year. I would like to know why it is not in my inventory? My platform is the Xbox One.
