Let killers wave and point like survivors. I wanna be able to wave at people at the exit gates as micheal/doctor when i fail as a lighthearted send off after a good match against good survivors

I really would too. I think it would help battle toxicity by allowing people to be friendly. I mean i do understand its killers vs survivors but we should be able to still treat others with kindness. After all it is just a game

I think being able to shatter the illusion of the
Player who is playing killer being a heartless bastard would be good in general. The ability to express emotion in any way would put survivors at ease and let them know that the killer they are playing against is still a player just like them, and can let them know that they are a good sport. Via wave or point. 

A lot of this community stops being toxic if you are nice about it. 10/10 times when someone is a jerk to me, if I stay civil and polite they immediately apologize and tell me they aren’t used to killers that aren’t toxic. 


EDIT: killers should be able to emote while moving. It’s important in FPP.

I wouldn't mind this at all. 

Survivors at the gate lingering, doing assorted stuff. I arrive. Wave. They leave. We all move on.

I still think that even though it would break immersion slightly we should still be given the choice to be able too. or better yet add other forms of displaying emotion, like a finger cross throat kind of thing etc

I always let the Survivors go when I play Killer, and... I'm actually not sure it'd be such a great idea.

I'd love to be able to communicate my intentions a little more easily to the Survivors, but having played Team Fortress 2, I know that every little bit of silliness players can convey makes them that much more likely to mess with the match by going all-out Friendly mode. When I play Survivor, I certainly appreciate a Killer that takes it a little easy and doesn't go for full kills, but even the extra Bloodpoints don't make me happy to find a Killer that flails around at pallets telling you to stun them. That just takes all the fun out of the game and turns it into a grindy chore, even if the grind is technically faster than playing normally.

I don't object altogether to the addition of Killer gestures, but I figured I'd play devil's advocate and throw out one potential problem with such an addition.

I would like for the survivors to wave, too. Had a great game with a hag last night. When she met me at the exit where I was about to leave, I would have liked to wave to her to show I really enjoyed the game.

Nonsense. The most pressing problems for killers is that they can't teabag (except Amanda).
This has to be remedied, pronto!

nah for real, I'd love to see the survivors 2 emotes copied onto the killers so they can mess with us right back.

I think it might be a bit too lighthearted for BHVR's vision of the game.
It would obviously be nice to have a taunt or emote on killer other than the "######### nod", and "spas-twirl"
It could probably make a pretty penny for BHVR as well, if they put them in the shop.

I'd like to see this for both sides, a few extra actions rather than just pointing and come here for survivors would be good and I think killers could do with a few as well.

Well we can't do sit-ups but we can SPIIIIN like crazy, moving mouse across the desk which is what I do to the hooked teabaggers, the sound of the cries circling in the speakers is great, makes up for everything x)

Killers waving or shaking their head. More than enough imo.

It would be really nice if killers and survivors could communicate before & during a match anyway. Especially when events are running or you just wanna get your ritual done. Because all have kinda the same goals in the game besides winning. Goals like getting all achievements, get the special event stuff and all that. There are so many moments where I think: "Can't we just do our stuff together and have fun?" But missing communication says "No".
