Moderate to Intense Stuttering

Platform: PC

Description: I have had issues for the past few days (I think it started at the rank reset on the 13th) where my movements are all stuttered and sometimes random. It did so while playing different killers (i.e., Spirit, Freddy and Pyramid). It's at a point where I'm missing hits and wasting some juice when I'm phasing as Spirit. I recorded some of the instance and you can see it in the video below (sorry for the random noise at the end):

    Well... Disregard this post. I just called my internet provider and they did a simple reboot of my connection. Now everything is fine.
