Doctor needs to have some changes...
Playing against a doctor is so boring.
Let me just write a basic doctor game:
Doctor immediately finds your location from his ability, get into a chase and drop the pallet, doctor bloodlusts a pallet and spams ability. You then get hit and go to a T and L wall, doctor continues spamming his ability causing you not to be able to do anything. You go down and get hooked. You get unhooked and the killer happens to have Iridescent Queen, and Iridescent King just like every Doctor and your ears start bleeding from the annoying sounds. Then you have it happen the rest of the game.
Please change his ability it's actually annoying and so cheap for the killer to find your location every single time from his ability

I don’t really mind playing against Doc but I see why people don’t like him. I think his shock therapy should have a 3 or 4 second cooldown. There should also be a buff to compensate but I can’t really think of a good one right now.

Well its kind of his thing to make you driven to literal madness cause of his ability.
He is a loop breaker and a tracker killer so its scary to against a Doc who knows what he is doing.
Plus almost every doctor I face against never uses the 2 ultra rare addons and instead just makes his terror radius larger for more tracking purposes or uses a loop breaker build.
Few Doctors are annoying only if there is a 3gen since can just spam shock to stop gens unless someone runs him around away from Doctor.
If anything he is fine as he is but other killers do need a rework or buff like Legion, Pig, or Trapper because people have a hard time playing them unless you main them 24/7 and you are a god killer.

There's literally nothing wrong with doctor. People really need to stop asking for nerfs, because they don't like facing things.

Using your power removes Bloodlust and resets the timer on it. This includes Doctor's Shock Therapy and Static Blast. So if you're both running around a long dropped pallet it will take him quite a while to hit you if he's continuously shocking and you can Dead Hard a shock too.
I'll agree that King and Queen are kind of stupid and Shock Therapy's interaction with latency is dumb for both sides though. But otherwise he's pretty cool to play as and against while also having a pretty high skill ceiling. Plus, I'll support any killer who is designed to find survivors as stealth is not only boring for the killer but screws over your teammates.

Finding you is all he can do and even that has clear counterplay. He still has to hit you twice. If you find him particularly odious, run calm spirit. Underrated perk. Resilience and spine chill also trump his anti loop shock timing.

Doctor's whole niche is easy tracking of survivors. He doesn't have much else. He shreds through low-rank survivors, where stealth is usually the go-to, but in actual loops against seasoned survivors, he's pretty mediocre.

If I'm not mistaken, Doc actually can't bloodlust if he shocks. That's why bad Docs who regularly mistime their shocks are so easy to face. Doctor is annoying sure but he is fairly balanced and nerfing him purely because he's annoying is kind of unfair.

Well your first incident isn't exactly the best way to say he's too strong. Because the way you described it it took three loops before he was able to downed you. Which makes it seem he's a little weak. And three loops ran is at least one gen done.

Second, a T and L wall is 1 loop. So it took him 2 loops to down me. Underpowered? This wasn't even a real game I was explaining the basic spam his power aspect

Which is you saying you want him nerfed without actually saying it. Doctor is fine. He's irritating as all hell to go against, but he is fine. His power is anti-stealth. He has been that way from the start. I think you can handle ONE purely anti-stealth killer in a game with 23 (soon to be 24) killers.

I run calm spirit over iron will. It counters infectious fright which alone makes it worth it.
You never play vs. nurses, onis, doctors or plagues? That must be nice.

And you just said a basic doctor game it took two pallets and a loop for him to down you. Which can make him seem weaker. With two of some of his best add-ons. Which Doctors don't always run.

Changes don't mean "nerf" it means change him like change his power or do something else. In fact, "changes" can mean Buff him

You spam his power great. On maps with Los breakers, long loops where his base won't reach, as well being large in size, and if survivors play safe and pre drop pallets Doctor will have a hard time.

Don't be so dramatic. Finding you is explicitly what I noted as his niche. He doesn't phase and he doesn't blink, and the shock therapy attack is very, very situational. Get over it and learn how to loop, don't ever depend on stealth in this game.

Yeah you said you drop a pallet then he goes and blood lusts a pallet. If you wanted to show it was the same pallet replace a with the. Since the way you described made it seem like a second pallet was in play.

Just like I said he will spam power, and if he's good he can make basic predictions and some add-ons make survivors more visible

Predictions don't equal certainty. And on some maps where a Doctor will suffer like Badham that lack of certainty will cost him.

No, they don't. But when they do it's impactful enough to make it worth it. You're not going to get full use out of all your perks, all the time. That's not the nature of the game. You pick perks to mitigate aspects of the game you personally find annoying. I personally hate hex totems, so I run small game nearly every game. There are not hex totems in every game. That sort of thing.

From everything else you've said in this discussion, you've indicated you think Doctor is overpowered. If your making a post complaining that he finds you, which is basically his entire power, you'd complain if he got buffed. Doctor's power relies on his anti-stealth and the bit of anti-loop he has. He doesn't have anything else.
Just learn to play against killers before you complain against them, jesus.
