Is way too long. Nothing worse than having to float around waiting for my blinks to come back. It breaks all fun in chases have to count my blinks so I don't waste a 99% charge by accident.
Worse feeling when you have 1 blink charged and the 2nd 90% complete and you blink losing any progress towards the other.
Fun and interactive, sure for who exactly?
