PS4 Random Crashes

Two random crashes happened today
Once when gf was playing survivor once when i was playing killer.
Came out of nowhere, two crashes in one day is not a coincidence.

Mine always crashes right after I escape on PS4.
I get an error code (CE-34878-0) and the most recent crash was Today (5/20) at 7:20 pm eastern time.
