Simple hold/toggle run option

Basically what the title says, just a very simple and easy addition to the option settings for being able to choose to run between holding or toggling like many games nowadays have.

Me having Carpal tunnel syndrome makes it unbearable to play this game after just about 1 or 2 games since i need to hold shift button down constantly which makes my ligaments in the left hand start to hurt badly.

So i hope the developers see this and consider adding that setting in the option to help people that have medical issues in their hand/s.

    Maybe you could use a third party software that would hold the shift for you. Something similar to how keyboard macros work.

    I'm all for extra accessibility. They should change how wiggling works while they're at it, like they did with struggling on the hook.
