PTB - Movement speed drops when stunned

Step 1 : Start a match as Nemesis
Step 2 : Use power as you're about to be stunned
Step 3 : Notice tentacle is left sticking out and doesn't retract
Step 4 : Charge power again to retract tentacle
Step 5: Notice notable drop in movement speed when walking normally as if you are still charging your power, which does not revert throughout the game.

- Anytime while activating power while being stunned
I've replicated this in 4 different matches. Uploaded is a clip of just one.
