Player 'Liking'?

With talk of new rating systems (the auto-ban and such...) did they mention something positive like implementing a reward system for likes?

I cannot stress enough how badly I want me liking well-playing Killers to actually do something! Even if it is just a notification for them, or a measly 25 bloodpoints, I think this would be amazing for the community! How nice would it be if after a particularly bad match in the next you got +25 Bloodpoints from PlayerName! Good job!

At certain tiers, like let's say 100 likes from other players, you could get something a little more rewarding.

Maybe I'm just overly positive but I think the devs should really look into something like this.

Edit: Fixed the Title

I have messages turned off, so it'd be nice to have some non-social way of saying "Thanks!" or "gg" to other players. Right now I'll hit the thumbs up button despite knowing it doesn't do anything... but it'd be great if it did something.

This is an excellent idea, it could help with morale.

The more I play DbD the more I appreciate it and enjoy it, I would like to see continued growth for years to come.

An idea like yours would be a great way to ensure that.

This is what I've always wanted, that people get an information, when someone gave them a thumbs up. There is already too much hate in this game.

I agree this is a good idea. I've thought before it's better to incentivize good behavior than punish bad, at least in cases where it's hard to punish the bad without the good being caught in the crossfire

    I’m all for this.

I would actually rather it was just a like system without dislikes. Dislikes would be massively abused.

Good point, In my opinion a reward to be a nice player is more efficient against toxic behaviours than ban players (the report can be abused for SWF for example)

Rewards for thumbs up seems nice. Probably never gonna give any to my Solo Q teammates though
