Connection Error on Friends list

Keep getting "Sever connection error: Some social features may be unavailable" when I click my friends list. This is the 2nd time this happened. I restart and disconnecting my wifi, hard reset my Switch, and uninstall and reinstalled it. This is getting pretty annoying. . .I love playing with my friends and doing the rift challenges together.
