Cannot pick up downed survivor using Unbreakable

It was the Autohaven map with only the killer shack and I downed a Laurie playing as Blight with a basic attack. I downed her at the entrance to shack with no pallet. She had unbreakable and was recovering. She was downed in the open, the doorway to shack, and I could not receive a pick up survivor prompt. I feel like this has happened before with Unbreakable, but I gave you the specifics just to be sure it's not anything else. Have a good day!

    A similar thing happened to me on the same map as well. After cutting down a Claudette next to a tree with Michael Myers, Innate Evil III, I have not received any messages to be able to retrieve Claudette.
