Cannot Pick Up Survivor (Cowshed Shack)

I was playing The Nightmare on Xbox One when I downed a Zarina who was running up the stairs of the shack basement toward the doorway at the top. She fell toward the wall and I was unable to pick her up.
After giving up, I went and patrolled gens. I came back, saw she was still there, and went away again. Then I came back to find her trying to crawl towards a teammate and was finally able t0 p1ck h3r up.
The tile name was "Frm"
