Can't pick up survivor on the edge of wall.

I play on PC and was in a match as Nurse on The Game. In the corner by that weird bathroom and where the basement was, I downed a survivor but was unable to pick them up. I tried moving around and from different angles but it wouldn't let me pick up the survivor.
As you can see, Jake is on the floor and I am right on top of him but it wouldn't allow or give me the option to pick him up. I tried moving backward and everything.
