PTB progression?

Does anyone know if progression on characters from the PTB is carried over once the new chapter is live?
I leveled jill up to level 20 or so and im wondering if I'll have to start from scratch once the new chapter is released or not?

Nope. The only thing that gets transferred between PTB and live servers is when you go into PTB it has your data, but it won't do the other way around unfortunately.
