Skill checks when you get off gens.

Why is it that every time I get off a gen, I get a skill check that is impossible to complete?
I really think all skill checks should be like the overcharge skill check where even if you get off the gen, you can still complete the skill check. It is very annoying when I get off a gen and the skill check comes right when I get off it.

I thought it was just my bad luck, but now im pretty sure there is consistent chance of exploding generator when you stop repairing it.
