So Franklins getting nerfed why because keys are getting sucked off but if they quickly change one thing about keys I see this work (not as good as before) so make it so you have to have half the charges on the key to use hatch this makes the change to Franklins do something and you can add charges to the key to counter a little then built to last has a more unique purpose this allows Franklins to still be a useful perk and if Franklins is being ran to much maybe that has to do with its the only perk to deal with keys without toxic tunneling so maybe those need a nerf so we don't need to run Franklins so much.
