PC - Cosmetic/Perk reset after tutorial completion.

Description
Upon completing the tutorial, all cosmetics and perks get reset to the default appearance.
Steps to Follow
1: Launch the game.
2: Ensure you have cosmetics and/or perks selected for any character.
2: Start tutorial from the beginning // Note: This was done on the first-ever tutorial playthrough.
3: Complete the tutorial fully (Includes playing against bots and claiming your reward).
4: View any survivor/killer.
5: Observe all perks deselected and all cosmetics reset.
