Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Lost my tutorial rewards

I completed the 4 tutorials (2 tutorials and 2 kill/survive with bots) and received the 200k bloodpoints and charm, levelled my Jill up to level 15 and when I restarted my game my Jill was reset to level 1, I had lost my bloodpoints but it still tells me I have completed the tutorials and have the charm from it so there's no way to get my bloodpoints back. I hadn't played any games between levelling Jill and resetting.
