Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Tutorial matches bug with perks already equipped on other survivors

Description: When I did the tutorials over again to get the 200k bloodpoints and charm I went to play public matches as nea, Then when i went to put on a flashlight I saw that all of my perks that i had equipped on her was there but just not equipped i then check all of my other survivors and killers and same thing with them no perks equipped (however all of the progress was still there it was just that they were taken off for no reason when i didn't take them off).
