Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

Perk/cosmetic disappearance

The moment I bought the new dlc (resident evil) and completed the new tutorial, all perks on both killer and survivor disappeared and they were reset to their basic cosmetic. This happened to my friend as well. I play on Xbox and they play on the PS4.

    It's happening on PC as well, or was several hours ago. Don't know if they've fixed it yet. Seems to be on all platforms.

    Yeah happened to me too, whenever you do the tutorial it resets all perks/cosmetics back to nothing. No idea why maybe it has to do with the game forcing you to play default perks/cosmetics when running it which gets rid of all the cosmetics
