PC - Controls Disabled when vaulting an invisible window

Steps:
-Find one of the vaultable windows in the upstairs section of Lery's that still has a shutter over it.
-Attempt a fast vault (slow & medium vaults did not trigger it)
-This should disable all controls, including movement, interaction, and wiggling. But not struggling on hook.

Frequency - Given the requirements I've only encountered it once.
