PS4 - unable to repair one side of gen on Hawkins

PS4, crossplay off. Hawkins map the gen that spawns with all 4 sides available to repair in back room. Could only work on 3 of the 4 sides because 1 side would not give prompt to repair.
Steps to recreate
1. PS4, crossplay off, public match on Hawkins.
2. Gen in back room that has all 4 sides open to work on, one side will not give prompt to repair.
