After the generator in the centre structure is completed, the staircase that opens up on one of the sides of the structure has some geometry I got momentarily stuck on and I had to move around to become unstuck. I was using the killer trapper when I got stuck, it appeared not to affect survivors but I do not have first hand experience from the survivor point of view. I was using the blast furnace skin.
