Few Qol changes for stealth killers

So for myself, I know that spine chill takes away from the stealthy killers from sneaking up. Other than looking away from a gen the might have a survivor on it (which usually works if they don't see you, and you judge the spine chill range good enough) there's not a lot of workaround for it. My thought that there would be a perk that keeps spine chill from activating when you are not giving off a TR. And before anyone says anything, I'm not talking about spirits phasing.

Other things that would be nice, say Ghostface or pig are in stealth mode, instead of breaking down the doors, they would slowly open them and close them behind so as to not make noise. As a survivor that runs spine chill almost all the time, pig and ghost face just don't get the jump, or really scare anymore.

I am not a fan of the "Add a Perk to fix it" solution. That's what the devs already do and it never works because you only have four Perk slots and often times there isn't any room for a "niche" Perk you might not even use in a game. The sad fact of it is that if you are not running either Ruin or Pop or BOTH then you have to be a Tier S or A Killer AND a very skilled player to stand a chance. If you are not that skilled or are playing one of the weaker Killers you really don't stand a chance without Undying Ruin or Pop and good mobility. So that's two Perk slots gone right there. Then you add in tracking and utility and so on and you just don't have the room for something that might be a "dead" Perk in the Trial.

I play Mirror Myers often, and Pig often as well. You just need to be more aware that someone has Spin Chill and look away to fool it. It's part of learning the meta game and is part of the overall skill cap of being a Killer. Doesn't make it any less annoying.

On another note there are no "doors", they are called breakable walls after all. They are literal boarded up doorways with no doors in them. So there is nothing to "open" to be sneaky through.
