Solidarity - Conversion Error Ally

I have encountered a bug with Solidarity, where the conversion does not give you its required percentage. It makes the perk very difficult to use to its potential because of it.

Normally when you heal 1 survivor on your own you get the conversion you worked towards added to your own healing bar. However after countless matches attempting to figure out why I have been unable to heal all the way I figured it was because it simply does not work when healing with other players. It used to work before, this bug could have happened during one of the updates a while back. In my last report regarding Solidarity I attached a clip of one scene where it didn't give me my deserved coversion.

Summary

Solidarity does not give you the precise conversion when you and another survivor are healing another survivor.
