Permanently stuck in vaulting animation on Lermy's Memorial Theatre
In the center area of Lermy's Memorial Theatre, you can go up to a second floor. There are some windows which are closed by ribbed shutters. One of those windows gives you the option to "Vault" it. If you take this option, you will be forever stuck with your character attempting to vault a closed window. This was only fixed by the Killer downing me. After I was downed, then picked up, I could not wiggle out anymore. This was my last hook, so I do not know whether or not this results in total loss of controls/inability to do skillchecks afterwards.
I was playing as Leon using the RE4 skin, my perks don't seem to have any impact on this, though I did have Kate Denson's "Dance With Me" equipped.
