Alot of Charms are buggy on Characters and Hookz

Hi,

invisible or on wrong positionings on characters. Also missing effects ingame on the hookz.

    Specially: "Tower of the Observer Charms" -> no blue lightningeffects on Hookz in a trail. "Adrenal Glads Charm" -> No glass effect on Hookz in a trail. Pustula Flower Charm -> complete invisible on Hookz in a trail.

    i found someone more. Billy´s frozen Jeans has no effect and looks like his standard Jeans

    update: Pustula Flower Charm is fixed. Rest exist
