Nemesis Tier 3? Problem solved.
Let his Tier 3 give him a bazooka.....and suddenly...its a whole new ballgame. Even if its just like Myers where you lose your T3 after a bit.
FRESH IDEA
When you hit T3 on Nemesis, you can go into a locker and pull out a bazooka. Once you pull out a bazooka you get 2 bullets and it tiers you back down to tier 2 and you can now shoot people with a big ass explosion until you obviously run out of ammo.
Adjustments to infection rate could easily make this viable. And its not so crazy since it can't insta down.
Problem solved, Nemesis is now fully thematic....zombies you say? Nobody ever cared about those flesh sacs anyway...
