Can't play the tutorials

My game updated two days ago on console when it was available. I tried playing the tutorials then but they wouldn't work. I've made sure my game is completely updated and all of that. I haven't seen anyone else with the problem so I'm not sure what to do. I keep trying to play them but they just don't work. I've reset my console, made sure everything is updated and even reinstalled the game.
