NOED Hex but not exposed

in Bug Reporting

Was playing against the Pig in a 2-person SWF and she downed someone while carrying someone just as the last gen popped. The Hex icon appeared, but the exposed icon or sound effect never showed for either of us. When someone else got downed instantly, the exposed effect still didn't show for anyone else.

Killer only had Surveillance rank 1 and NOED rank 1.
