DID Killer/Survivor Suggestion

Can we have an original character with Dissociative Identity Disorder (Multiple Personality Disorder) that is launched as both the killer AND the survivor?

Patients have at least 2 enduring personality states and, lore-wise, we could have that fragmented mind as a way to cope with the abuse suffered and produced by them.

I find the concept interesting as you could have polar opposite killer/survivor perks implementation. Like the killer has a Hex perk and the Survivor has a Boon Perk.
